MarshBux (PTC)
Reason: Non-payment
Payment Request Date: 2/1/10
Why It's a Scam:
Payments are processed within 24 hours according to their header on the payment request page. In their terms of service they say they have up to 60 days to pay. If you contact them regarding your payment before the 60 days your account will be deleted. Terms of Service is always changing. They will claim you need to upgrade to request payment (see photo below) but in the Terms of Service they say non-upgraded members are paid within 30-60 working days. They try to trick you in to purchasing an upgrade by telling you that you wont receive your payment unless you upgrade. They also say that you must invest in the site to receive payment. I have invested over $20 in advertsing alone in addition to several upgrades. Also, you are forced to re-invest a certain percentage of your payment. They will automatically deduct it before you even receive your payment but most likely you will never receive payment. Contacted admin several times and received no response. They will only respond when you want to purchase something from their site. Ask about a payment and it's like they dont even exist.

bux4you2 (PTC)

Why It's a Scam:
Payment processed within 24 hours according to the header on the payment request page. The Terms of Service says: "If for any anomaly limits above are exceeded NOT MAKE "SUPPORT TICKET". ALL PAYOUTS MAY OCCUR LATER THAT SPECIFY AND WE WILL ACCEPT NO QUERIES ABOUT". They claim you must be an upgraded member to receive a payment request but in their Terms of Service they say "Standard Members are paid within 30/60 days (working days)". I have upgraded several times on MarshBux and bux4you2 because they claim you have to in order to receive your payment. Upgrading (in my case) made no difference as I still have not received my payment. This is the same owner as MarshBux and the sites are almost identical in their Terms of Service and rules. Contacted admin and never heard back. They will only respond to your trouble ticket if you are asking about purchasing something.

Why It's a Scam:
In the header on the payment request page they say "Payment requests for all members will be processed within 30 days". On the banner of their site and also on the payment request page and upgrade page they claim that payments are instant for PROMO members. PROMO member is the highest upgrade available. I bought an upgrade for a PROMO membership and yet my payments are still not instant even though they claim in several places on their site that it is. I have also invested in the site several times as well as referred members. Contacted admin and received no response regarding payment. If you contact them about purchasing something then of course they will respond.
